Our Integrated Drug Discovery team is housed in purpose-built biology and chemistry labs. The team has access to advanced infrastructure and equipment, including sophisticated liquid handling sufficient to support high throughput screening, a wide range of screening technologies, fully equipped synthesis and purification labs, LC-MS and NMR. Our team also has access to our in-house diversity and fragment libraries, which are available for use in your drug discovery projects. Operating since 2005, our €20 million facility stores and manages customer libraries ranging in size from a few thousand to a few hundred thousand compounds in both liquid and solid formats. Our facility offers a compound storage and logistics platform which is secure, flexible and scalable. The BioAscent Automated Compound Store has three individually housed, environmentally controlled -20°C stores for compound solutions, and a dedicated Kardex powder store. Our advanced compound management equipment ranges from workstations for automated solubilisation of samples, to full robotic systems which reformat and replicate plates in 96, 384 and 1536-well plate formats, ready to be shipped to your testing laboratories and partners. We use Mosaic, from Titian, for our workflow management, inventory tracking and ordering system.
