Ahead of the launch of the 2021 Alantra Pharma Fast 50, Tom Cowap, Director of Healthcare at Alantra, spoke to Paul Smith and Mike Piper about BioAscent's progress and response to COVID-19 since the 2020 report was published.

The highly anticipated Pharma Fast 50 is an in-depth annual review and report on the fastest-growing pharma companies, and in 2020, BioAscent topped the outsourcing category, and was ranked third in the overall listing.

BioAscent has continued to grow from strength to strength, driven by its successful drug discovery business, which saw revenues rise by 60% this year, and the doubling of its commercial compound management business over the last two years.
