BioAscent developed and characterised label-free assays using dynamic mass redistribution (DMR) and impedance technology to study the MRGPRD receptor. This poster compares these methods to a traditional high-throughput intracellular calcium release assay, suggesting important differences in receptor coupling and the behaviour of tool compounds, indicating ligand-dependent coupling of the MRGPRD.
